Nintendo magazine analysis from DestinyGreenwood Magazine Front Cover What is the purpose of your chosen magazine ? The purpose go my magazine is to attract gamers eyes. They have specifically put in the most famous Nintendo character on the front page of the magazine so people know it is a gamers magazine.The magazine also has little sections one where they are trying to sell some of their other products and they are also promoting new downloads and updates they have recently done. I know this because they have specifically used icons that gamers would immediately recognize. Katz and Blumler would say this is diversion but it is basically just for fun there is no seriousness about it really. How are codes and conventions and layout used to appeal to the audience ?
